4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by ZINARA.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
